Under the Tree - My Christmas Wishlist!

Normally at Christmas time I'm one for surprises, but that doesn't stop me dropping hints! Here's what I'm hoping for this year:

1. Clothbound Classics

I already own 'Frankenstein', 'Vanity Fair' and 'Jabberwocky' in these beautiful editions, but hope for some more to add to my collection. I don't have many classics, and am really interested in reading more so I really hope a few find their way under my tree! I haven't requested any in particular, but I can't help wishing for 'Jane Eyre and Anna Karenina'.

2. Invisible Bookshelves

As with any book lover, I am facing a crisis. to be more specific, a bookshelf crisis. I have run out of room. Due to the fact that I literally have no wall space, a new bookshelf unit is out of the question. Recently I came across these invisible bookshelves, and they seem like the perfect solution. They'd be lovely to display matching sets of books on!

3. Penguin Great Ideas

I'm really interested in reading widely, and I feel like these short books are a great place to start. They contain essays written by pivotal writers such as George Orwell, Virginia Woolf and William Hazlitt on a wide range of topics from a variety of eras. I can't wait to collect them!

So, that is what is on my bookish Christmas list. How about you? What are you hoping for?
